Our beautiful story

Mom's Spaghetti is an Italian food truck that was created in 2022 in the Parma, Ohio area. It was made by an extremely handsome and smart young man named Mario Graziano. Mario wanted a place for Italians, or anyone else, to go for a quick, tasty, and overall amazing Italian meal. Get to know our well-crafted menu before coming to the truck. Ciao!

Sunday: We are closed on Sunday as Mario is Christian, and wants to sleep. We hope you understand the inconvenience.
